  • “Platform” refers to the Fatemi Academy website and Moodle Learning Management System.
  • “Content” includes, but is not limited to, videos, lessons, documents, quizzes, assignments, certificates, and all educational materials provided through the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, browsing, or enrolling in any course on the Fatemi Academy Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Fatemi Academy is an online education platform offering digital courses, academic programs, and learning resources delivered through an online Learning Management System.

3. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 16 years of age to register on the Platform.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep such information updated.

Fatemi Academy provides online educational programs and learning resources delivered digitally through a Moodle Learning Management System.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

5. User Accounts

  • Each student is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.
  • Sharing login credentials, access, or course materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Fatemi Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Course Enrollment & Access

  • Course access is provided via the Fatemi Academy Moodle LMS.
  • Access duration varies by course and is clearly stated at the time of enrollment.
  • Course content may be updated, modified, or removed at any time to maintain academic and technical quality.
  • Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons.

7. Payments, Pricing & Credits

  • All prices are displayed clearly prior to checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
  • Fatemi Academy may operate a credit-based system, which:
    • Has no cash value
    • Is non-transferable
    • Cannot be exchanged or refunded unless legally required
  • Prices may change at any time for future enrollments.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

In general:

  • Digital course purchases are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not provided once course access is granted.
  • Exceptions apply only in limited cases of verified technical or billing errors.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content available on the Platform is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Fatemi Academy or its licensors.

You may:

You may not:

  • Share materials outside the Platform

Any violation may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.

10. Student Conduct & Academic Integrity

11. Certificates

  • Certificates may be issued upon successful course completion, where applicable.

  • Fatemi Academy does not guarantee employment, promotions, professional licensing, or academic admission.

12. Platform Availability

While we strive to ensure high availability, Fatemi Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

We are not liable for disruptions caused by:

  • Server downtime
  • Internet or network failures
  • LMS hosting outages
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

13. Suspension & Termination

Fatemi Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access, without prior notice, if:

  • These Terms & Conditions are breached
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected
  • Platform misuse or abuse occurs

Termination does not entitle the user to any refund.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, stored, processed, and protected.
